Q	Do you guarantee your products or services?
A	Yes, we guarantee on all products as they have been made by hand and personally QC by Suzz's staffs. We do not provide exchange unless the items has been found defected or damaged during shipping. Please check out Exchanges and Refunds under the Terms and Conditions section. Click here for more information.

Q	How do I make my payments online?
A	We accept two forms of online payment Credit Card via Paypal Bank Funds Transfer via POSB/DBS/OCBC account The payment details will be automatically sent to you once you have checkout your order, after selecting one of the two options above.

I would like to pay by Credit Card, but do not have a Paypal account. What should I do?

You can sign up for a free Paypal account. It will only take you less than 10mins to do so. Prepare the following details so to register for your account smoothly and quickly.

Your Credit Cards details (for debiting when you make payment to any Paypal account)
Your personal bank accounts details (for remittance of money if you are a merchant who sells on EBay>

Paypal will then verify your credit card details by charging a refundable US$1 to your credit card. You will see it in your next statement. Once it has been verified, you can start making payment via PayPal to Suzz.com.

1st time user, please take note that the verification process might take a few weeks depending on the arrival of your statement.

If so, please notify Suzz.com and we will hold on to your order till you can make payment via PayPal.

I would like to pay by Bank Funds Transfer. How do I do that?

You can make payment via Bank Funds Transfer into our POSB/DBS or OCBC accounts via two methods.

Internet Banks Funds Transfer or
ATM Funds Transfer

For Internet Banks Funds Transfer, you need to be a registered Internet Bank user with the banks above. Registration is easy, just follow the steps provided by the banks. Once you are an Internet Bank user, you can do a Funds Transfer to another POSB/DBS or OCBC account. Enter Suzz.com's bank accounts details (will be provided during your checkout) and authorise it. For ATM Bank Funds Transfer, you can just access the ATMs islandwide. And key in Suzz.com's bank accounts details as provided and make your payment immediately. Please email us once payment has been made.

Q	I wish to pay by cash. How do I collect my orders.
A	Self-collection of your order is required if you like to pay by cash. Our self-collection points are at various MRT stations across the island. Please select - COD for Payment and Self-Collection for Delivery when you checkout. An email will be sent to you regarding the self-collection points and timing. Please email us your preferred location points and timing.

Q	I have received a discount coupon code from Suzz.com. How and where do I enter it in order to receive the discount on my orders?
